Red Rock Dental Group was founded by Dr. Sam Elcik and Dr. Tom Bordieri, two dentists who met through their shared training at Roseman University of Health Sciences and who built their careers around a simple conviction: patients deserve more from their dental care. Dr. Sam went on to complete a hospital-based General Practice Residency in Seattle, gaining deep experience with complex surgical and medical cases. Dr. Tom completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UCLA, sharpening his skills in comprehensive restorative care. Together, they bring a combined level of clinical training and experience that is uncommon in a general practice setting.

Both doctors were drawn to dentistry for the same reasons: the problem-solving, the craft, and the ability to make a real difference in someone's life. Whether that means getting a patient out of pain, restoring their ability to eat comfortably, or giving them back confidence in their smile, that tangible impact is what motivates them every day. They opened Red Rock because they wanted to practice dentistry on their own terms, with the right technology, the right team, and a genuine commitment to doing right by every patient they see.

The office itself is designed to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Each operatory is equipped with a TV or monitor, blankets are available, and there is a beverage station in the waiting area. New patient forms are completed digitally before your visit so you spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on your care. For patients with dental anxiety, the practice offers a full range of sedation options including laughing gas, oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation. This is not a practice that lists sedation on its website and then hands you a couple of pills. Real sedation, administered by experienced doctors, is available for patients who need it.
